Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and SERP Specialist ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website https://www.serpspecialist.com and our SEO services (collectively, the "Services").

SERP Specialist is a solo freelance SEO consultant based in the Philippines, providing remote SEO services primarily to Australian businesses and agencies. All services are performed personally by the sole consultant, with no subcontracting or team involvement unless explicitly agreed in writing. These Terms apply to all clients regardless of location.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Services Description

SERP Specialist provides professional SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) services, including but not limited to:

• Technical SEO audits
• SEO audit with implementation support
• Ongoing SEO support and maintenance
• White-label SEO services for agencies
• SEO consultation and strategy development
• On-page optimisation
• Internal linking improvements

The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project proposals, statements of work, or service agreements ("Service Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• If representing a business, have the authority to bind that business to these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide Necessary Access and Information

• Provide timely access to your website, analytics platforms, and other necessary tools
• Supply accurate and complete information about your business and goals
• Respond to requests for information or clarification in a timely manner
• Ensure all login credentials and access permissions are maintained and secure

Comply with Laws and Regulations

• Ensure your website and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices
• Maintain appropriate licenses and permissions for your business operations

Website and Content

• You retain ownership of your website and all content
• You are solely responsible for the content published on your website
• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to any content, images, or materials on your website
• You agree to implement recommended changes in a timely manner when implementation support is not included

Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing

Service fees are outlined on our website and may vary based on:

• The specific services requested
• The scope and complexity of the project
• The size and current state of your website

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian clients, unless otherwise agreed. For clients in other countries, pricing may be quoted in USD or other currencies as appropriate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for ongoing services.

Payment Schedule

• One-Time Services: Payment is typically required upfront or as outlined in the Service Agreement
• Ongoing Services: Monthly fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Custom Projects: Payment terms will be specified in the individual Service Agreement

Payment Methods

We accept payment via international bank transfer, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), or other international payment methods as agreed. Payment processing may be facilitated through third-party payment processors. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Late Payments

Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of services until payment is received
• Interest charges on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower
• Termination of services for chronic non-payment

Taxes and Withholding

Prices quoted do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or withholding obligations. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are required by law to withhold any taxes from payments to us, you must provide us with appropriate tax documentation.

Service Delivery and Timelines

Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in the Service Agreement. While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client delays in providing necessary information or access
• Scope changes or additional requests
• Technical complications or unforeseen circumstances
• Third-party service dependencies

We will communicate any expected delays as soon as reasonably possible. Delays caused by client-side issues do not entitle the client to refunds or compensation.

Results from SEO efforts typically take 6-12 weeks or longer to become evident. The time frame depends on numerous factors including your website's current state, industry competition, and the scope of changes implemented.
